Green credits (BRSR)
A voluntary BRSR disclosure on green credits, added by SEBI in March 2025 as a new leadership indicator under Principle 6, from FY2024-25.
SEBI’s circular of 28 March 2025 introduced a voluntary disclosure on green credits in BRSR. It is a new leadership indicator under Principle 6, applying from FY2024-25.
For the exact wording of the indicator and what to disclose, refer to the circular and the current BRSR format (Annexure 16 of SEBI’s LODR master circular).
